Loving these recent cakes!

Bake Me A Cake: Mercedes is owner and cake decorator of Bake Me A Cake in Orlando, Florida. She has been a cake decorator and teacher for over twenty years and has been recognized as one of the best in the world. Her attention to detail and love of nature is shown in every cake she creates. Her generosity and love of people has also recognized her as one of the nicest people. Mercedes creates every cake that comes out of the bakery and is very driven. God has blessed her as she is married and has a loving husband and three boys. In 2009, Mercedes entered the Oklahoma Sugar Art Show and won the Grand Prize. She also wrote a book in collaboration with Satin Fine Foods demonstrating several of her sugar techniques. Today, Mercedes continues to do cakes at the bakery with her loving husband and has a passion for teaching. She travels all around the world teaching the art of sugar and hosts several classes and demonstrations out of her Florida bakery.
