I must admit, your site is turning out to be one of my favorites. You are obviously one of the best chefs out there, and I get hungry just looking at your great goodies! The chocolate ganache looks wonderfully lethal and may be my ticket to 5 lbs weight gain! Unfortunately, I camn't eat sweets for a while. I had to go to the dentist. Not just any dentist, it was a cosmetic dentist in Costa Rica. The dentist clinic I cvisited was incredible. Hopefully I will be back baking and eating the things I love soon. Keep up the posts I am spreading the word of your wonderful site!
