Spotlight on Chef Alex

When you visit our bakery in Altamonte it is a necessity to say hello to Chef Alex. He is the lead baker at the bakery and is always willing to stop and say hello. He is also responsible for the tempting and amazingly delicious sweets that are displayed in our bakery cases. Once an architect, Chef Alex always had a passion for baking. 

Now Chef Alex is enjoying yet another endeavor. He is using his talents to bless others and teach classes. Recently, he had the opportunity to teach a class in Hong Kong along his wife where he taught the art of gourmet cakes and other sweets.
